…AND still, lose weight or ACHIEVE the target you DESIRE?

You know what I’m talking about, right?

Everybody at some part of their life has been on a DIET. 

I get it.

Everyone puts on excess weight now and again that they don’t want and EVERYONE wants to FEEL and LOOK their best.

It’s the TRUTH.

Whether that’s for yourself, your partner (or future partner), your kids or the people that you work with.

Because when we do, this is when we’re at our proudest, we have a ton of confidence and people are generally HAPPIER.

And we ALL want to be HAPPY.

It’s that one thing that EVERYONE is ultimately searching for.

And from working with over 100 people over the past few years, I can tell you that this is EXACTLY what they wanted and I helped deliver it for them.

But we don’t do a DIET as such, we CREATE healthy and fun ways to eat. It’s a lifestyle thing.

But it’s not always that EASY.

In actual fact, most people seem to make it HARDER than it needs to be.

The word DIET often leaves people instantly feeling negative. We don’t want that here.

Because quite honestly, losing weight and FEELING our best is actually fairly SIMPLE.

If you take the right course of direction.

But people seem to have this ability of putting up the road blocks to make their journey tough and often at times, impossible to breakthrough.

And then even if those blocks are not in the way, people tend to leave their foot on the pedal.

Wasting unnecessary energy and come to a standstill.

What do I mean?

People have this belief that to lose weight or look your best, you’ve got to live a restricted lifestyle. 

You know, in this instance we’re talking about the food we eat. If it tastes nice then surely it’s not good for us, right?

Wrong!

It’s time to take that foot off the pedal.

And change the way you think and act.

Eating plays a massive part in any goal that we wish to achieve. You don’t need me to tell you that though.

And most people FAIL in their attempts because they choose into ways of eating that are quite simply unappealing, boring and miserable.

But it doesn’t have to be that way!

You must have seen it before, people in your office at work, it may have even been you. 

You’re trying to lose a few pounds so you open up your Tupperware lunchbox only to be staring at that plain old boring chicken salad again.

You know, the one that looks like it’s seen better days.

Don’t worry, we’ve all been there.

I’ve been there.

There used to be a time when I’d treat my food like some military operation. 

  • I weighed my food.
  • I counted the calories.
  • I chewed through food unappealing to ‘stick to’ my plan.

Did it work?

No.

It may do for a week, but eventually, you’ll fall off the wagon.

It’s NOT sustainable.

And my Healthformation methods don’t agree with that way of thinking and eating anymore.

I’ve changed things, for the better.

People often don’t believe me or UNDERSTAND how I manage to stay in shape, help my clients stay in shape eating the AMAZING looking foods that I create.

But it hasn’t ALWAYS been like that.

Last year I decided to give myself a challenge. It was a cooking challenge.

Why?

Well I had fallen into the trap of all my meals being quick, functional and I’ll be honest, a little dull. 

And that’s not how I want to live or would want anyone else to spend their valuable years on this planet.

Life SHOULD be FUN!

But the trick was to jazz my foods up and still stay in great shape.

What I didn’t expect was that I actually lost weight, was healthier and I was eating the best foods of my life.

Win-Win!

You see the thing is, when people talk about transformation. They immediately think of people trying to lose weight.

At Healthformation, a transformation can be ANYTHING from your mind, body and, behaviors.

Quite simply, I had transformed my cooking abilities.

My focus wasn’t losing weight, it was to produce more inspiring foods to eat… I did, and lost weight!

It was tough at the beginning, I had to ask for help. 

Because let’s be honest, if you want something you don’t have, you’re going to need to get some help in from somewhere.

But after a while, I started getting into the swing of things.

And I turned a challenge into a hobby.

I was enjoying cooking.

I’d transformed my way of thinking about food.

Now the reason I tell this story is because you too can use this for ANYTHING in your life.

If you WANT to CHANGE.

First, you need the IDEA, then you need to work out the STEPS of how you get there.

It’ll be tough at first, you’ll make mistakes.

But keep on getting up, listen, learn from others who know and have experienced more…

…and EVENTUALLY you’ll be moving forward and you’ll never look back.

If you want to lose weight or get your HEALTH back, first you need to be PERSISTENT, then you need to be CONSISTENT.

Persistency will often get you there, but consistency will always keep you there.

Which is WHY you have to enjoy the foods you eat.

Because the BEST diet in the world is the one you ENJOY and is in ALIGNMENT with your goals.
