What If… You knew that exercise and eating better was good for you. But for some reason you’re struggling to do it.
Imagine… That up until now, you may have been thinking about things in a way that wasn’t serving you too well.
Maybe… Your problem isn’t what you think it is, people are often surprised when I show them a different way, an easier way.
So stop being hard on yourself, I’m about to help you get what it is you’ve always wanted.
I’ll be honest, this is high up there with the most common reasons as to WHY people struggle to get what they want.
Typically losing weight, getting into great shape or just improving their Health.
Which is possibly something you’re looking to achieve, right?
Anyway…
My program is primarily designed around helping people make Fat Loss Simpler, but you could take this as an area that people suffer with in any area of their life.
Which is WHY it’s a BIGGY!
The way you do one thing is often how you’ll do another.
So if you can get a better grasp on how to stay motivated, it’s going to have a huge IMPACT on all of those areas in your life.
I’m talking about your relationships with friends, your work, career or business.
Not just how to make Fat Loss Simpler.
Now let’s just say you know what you want, but let’s be honest, sticking with it to get the job done can be a challenge, right?
It’s not a motivation problem.
The reality is that motivation doesn’t actually exist.
There you go I said it.
It’s just a thing, a perception.
One day you’re up, the next you’re down.
Does that sound familiar?
Staying up more times than you’re down is what will help you keep moving the pin forward on the map.
The way we stay up though is to be INSPIRED.
So how do you do that?
Make what you want important enough AND make it compelling with plenty of emotion behind it.
But we have a problem now, let’s call it a big DISTRACTION!
We live in the INFORMATION WORLD now!
People lose interest in something if they stop looking at it.
They’re overwhelmed.
Too much information is leaving people stuck and stops them implementing what they already know.
If you write down a goal and never look at it again, it’ll just become a lost piece of information in your mind.
But if you make something important enough with plenty of emotion behind it, you’ll remember it.
Those thoughts of WHY you want to achieve it will be at the forefront of your mind, also those reasons as to why you DON’T WANT to fail will be present too.
This is really important and this program will help you gain more clarity on how you can do that in a SIMPLE way.
If you don’t do this at the beginning, you’ll be one of those people who keep starting and stopping and jumping from method to method.
You know what I mean, those people who get nowhere.
People say they want to achieve X, Y or Z but their behavior patterns are not in alignment with the words and thoughts that come out of their mouth.
Which is a clear indication that their goal isn’t important enough or that they haven’t thought it through properly and gone deep enough to attach the relevant emotion behind it.
When you get this right, you cannot DENY how easy it can be to actually change.
When the pain is strong enough…
Maybe you want to improve your health, but it’s only until the Doctor tells you, you’re on your way to diabetes or something similar that you instantly change your eating habits and start to lose weight.
(Weird hey?)
Maybe you want to run a 10k for charity but it’s only when you realize you cannot breathe past a fast walk that does the shit hit the fan and you think you’re not in good physical shape.
Maybe you get a wake up call that you’re not fit enough to run around with your kids? So you miss out on that family time.
Maybe the realisation is you cannot run your business well anymore because you struggle with sleep and have poor energy levels throughout the day.
So your bank account becomes ill along with you too.
The above may feel harsh, but that’s the hard truth. Up until now, you’ve possibly let the DRAMA cloud over what is the DATA…
So call this a reality check to make a change.
Understanding what it is that you REALLY want and finding that INTERNAL inspiration, doesn’t always have to be about losing a few pounds.
Everything affects EVERYTHING.
However, there will be times when you just can’t seem to pull yourself out of a funk…
So what do you do then?
Remember this, no one can do everything on their own, asking for help from others is the greatest tool you could use.
These times when you may need some help are:
1. You’re Stuck
You may have reached a point in your journey when you don’t know what step to take next.
This is a great time to ask a coach or mentor for help in determining what you should do.
They can help you figure out the next few steps to get you moving forward again and helping you close that gap on your goal.
2. You’re Overwhelmed
If you’re on a diet for example, you might be getting overwhelmed with the poor choices that you seem to be making.
You start feeling like you’re failing.
This can be a BIG blow to your motivation. Now is the ideal time to use some form of accountability.
That bag of doughnuts, the bottle of wine or that trip to the takeaway on the way home is easier to combat if you have supportive others around you.
That could be a friend, a support network or your coach.
They will help encourage you to help you through this temporary dark patch and get you motivated and inspired again, until you can take that course re-direct towards where you want to be again on your own.
Accountability works as people don’t like letting people down once they’ve made a commitment.
3. You Lose Interest.
Sometimes people get bored.
I could talk to you about the chemical Dopamine, but this isn’t a science lesson…
People often fail because they make things complicated, they believe it has to be difficult if they want to achieve a challenge.
The beauty is that SIMPLE often works best.
Unfortunately, people lose interest in the simple steps, they are not SEXY enough!
But if you can find a way of getting the SMALLER things done consistently and with that minimum dose effort I often refer to.
(That’s using the most effective way in the shortest period of time).
Those UNSEXY ‘mundane’ tasks start to make the BIGGER goal become a reality.
Think BIG but act SMALL.
Talking to others who may be interested about your goal and the journey you’re taking will help re-install that motivation, enthusiasm and inspiration again.
Surrounding yourself with a group of like minded people, and you’ll never be far away from feeling de-motivated ever again.

But I’ll give you a little insight right now on HOW you can dramatically change the results in ANY area of your life, with my Triple ‘S’ Approach.
1. Keep It Simple
It may be a bit of an overstatement, but if your approach to anything is SIMPLE, it’ll be easier to execute, which means you’ll more likely keep doing it.
If it’s complicated, then you’ll more than likely look to reasons to NOT do it or to STOP doing it.
So keeping it simple is a great ingredient to consistency.
2. Stay Satisfied
If your approach leaves you feeling either:
a) Fun (I really enjoyed that)
and / or
b) Fulfilling (that felt good)
Then there is a high chance and probability you’ll do it again and REPEAT the thing, so you’ll start becoming consistent.
And finally, the most IMPORTANT of them all.
3. Sustainability is King
If anything you do results in YOU saying the following phrase (or similar) to yourself immediately after completing it:
“Thank god that is over”
Then…
a) You shouldn’t have started it in the first place.
Or
b) You either have to modify it so that you don’t say that again, or you ditch the idea altogether and try something else.
Of course, you may last a few weeks with some strong willpower.
But, you already know that won’t last and that you’ll end up back at square one feeling pissed off, angry and a failure.
So don’t let that happen.
‘If you feel you’re ready to change and…
- You’re fed with how you feel
- You know what to do, but struggle to do it
- You lack motivation
- You need support
- You want to achieve something
- You’re fed up of failing
- You want to be happier
